Our Money Back Guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date of order placement, subject to the following conditions:

If you are dissatisfied with the initial Responses provided by World Website Designs, a refund request is only applicable if the project has not moved to round two of logo alterations.
Submit a written Refund Request for consideration.
Logo Package: 20% service and processing fee on the total payment.
- Website Package (during development): 40% design cost deducted.
No refunds for rush service charges, 24-hour design fees, and 24-hour rush changes.
Upon approval, refunds will be credited within 10-15 Business Days.
No refunds if the client is non-responsive for 45 days. After 60 days, a caution fee of $150 may apply for re-initiating the project.
Additional revisions or modifications to initial concepts forfeit the right to a refund.
No refund if the client does not respond promptly to status notifications.
If the client forfeits the website portion after 30 days, a refund won't be applicable. The project can be held, and the client may restart it later.
- Writing Services: Non-refundable once initiated or completed.
- Domain and Hosting: Payment for domain registration and hosting services is non-refundable.
- Trademark or Copyright Services: Non-refundable once the process has started.
- No refund eligibility for the remaining package after finalizing one part of the order.
- Additional revisions or non-responsiveness may affect refund eligibility.
- Acceptance of a refund constitutes the sole remedy related to project responses.
- No right to use or ownership interest in any response or work product upon refund acceptance.
